increase to 1.5mS and they will grow
not surprising your plants are deficient at these levels of conductivity
i grow in nft with biofilter i stay between 2.0 to 2.5mS (and i start with 0.0mS RO Water ..)
ph must remain very stable or climb slightly over the time
that's the sign you're on the sweet spot

for information i usually use higher EC in veg
i usually use a solution at 2.2mS when i transplant clones in the system, then i adjust depending of the ph/EC value of reservoir the day after
up the EC and you will see
with canna aqua only thing you risk is to get a dark green plant
plants are crazy reactive in hydro you will know soon
what is the EC of you tap water ? if its over 0.4mS you don't need the calmag

ok 0.2mS i pretty soft
you just need a line of fertilizer for soft water
it's far better than regular nutrient+calmag
for now use 0.5mL of calmag and 2.5mL of A and B it will bring the ec around 1.5mS
for information i use straight RO with dutchpro RO/SO hydro line with amazing results

@kingromano it sounds like crazy with this EC 1.5 but I thought about the bigger madness as bad feng shui or a curse ... when it comes to canna aqua, I use the calculator on their website and I used light feeding, i.e. the weakest one, I did two calculations now EC level on this calculator, I used the weakest one, the latter is your proposition

taking in count 0.4mS of the tap
i use co2 thats why i use a bit more
in your case i would feed not less than 1.5
you know what's interesting? in the guides on germination and the first week after leaving the shell, in the movies, people pour cotton wool cubes a lot of water, as if that was not enough, they pour this water around the cubes on the base, so that the cube is still wet and very moist Nevertheless, after a few days the roots break through and the cube with the seedling goes to the basket which 1/3 is immersed in the water, enough expanded clay is poured to cover this water and the cube with the seedling is placed on it, the cube cannot swim in this water , it must be 1 cm higher than the water level, the expanded clay still drags the water upwards and soaks the wool cube, to which I am heading ... the seedling is still in moisture and it grows beautiful to people ... mine die despite the fact that I take it step by step just like them.

These root cubes from ghe are practically unavailable for me, I saw one package of 100 pieces but the price was for 1/3 of a Mars hydro growbox, but I have eazy root cubes, it's probably the same as those from ghe, at least this with the film I wanted to show people how it goes smoothly. The translator makes it a funny read.Dont give up.Its not the equipment so dont buy anything else.Review what you do between seedling and when it starts showing signs of death.Youll find the answer.
