Cannabis is prone to root rot not like peppers.This is what your problem is,your water,nutes additives are good for peppers but not cannabis.

Something unsterile is entering equation… seedlings are weak / damping off. Possible pathogenic.

I would start all the way to beginning… seed prep.
I would do a presoak on your seeds with mild hydrogen peroxide / watersoak to help oxygenate and kill surface pathogens - no matter the grow method you choose.

Look at how you store your seeds ….
Do you place them on surfaces that may not be sterile, cross contamination of gear , nute water , etc. ?

Same water I have,I have a little more ca/mg in mine.I can grow clones with straight water and 50ppm of calmag.After lots of roots come out the net pot I add food.

I would fo full teardown of dwc rig … clean / soak all.
Lines / pump ( spray lysol on it / let dry ) , net pots … everything. Then mist an ISO spray over all before assembly.

If using rooters or cube , presoak those into hydrogen peroxide / watersoak , then rinse them before use.

Are seeds bag or breeder ? ( maybe bad run of seed stock ) , if not … then issue is when you germ and pathogen is introduced.

I have a biobizz starter kit, useful bacteria and mycorrhiza, everyone says that on these fertilizers the risnoe plant itself, that the bacteria feed the plant and regulate the pH, these fertilizers did not help me, even in sterile coconut I tried bio tabs with it, I also made a mix of 50 % soil biobizz, 20% perlite and 30% coconut because biotabs need weak soil to prevent over-fertilization, it did not help. always the same problem and it keeps starting the same, never had 20cm of cannabis

Your not answering ea question,#1 Do you sterilize the seed?Eventually we will find the problem.It will take some time but answer ea question one at a time.
