This is not valid, evertime my break begins and I finally reach and comfortably sit in my car smoking, it ends up me running to the toilet even thou I was shitting in advance 15 minutes ago... but sometimes I am lucky and hold it succefully till the end of the break so shitting happens during the work time, but still have to run that time so again, not valid

The best thing I was ever made aware of was that you don’t need to water near as often as you think. I had to read high times to learn back in my youth. And growing has changed drastically since then. But the water rule still stands.

The best advises I got was:
Don't piss into the wind
Dont play leaf frog with a rhino
If you shake it more than 2xs it's considered playing with yourself.
