Our light is dimming daisy chain, can connect several lights togther. But each light should be plug to the socket.

Perfect light for my space I currently have 5 sf-4000. But let me tell you it’s terrible customer service had a bad time with them long story short one of my shipment got stolen from the front porch I paid almost 600 for it. All they said is that they can’t do nothing and ups can’t do nothing either cause they ship it with no insurance $600 with no insurance

Is this a spiderfarmer light ,that's been stolen.Dont think its a issue with spiderfarmer,that what was they thinking leaving it on the front yard.Shit I even got time ruff it would be with me,so don't really understand that.Wrong of the postal service to leave something on a garden.They should have took it back.Or in uk they knock at other house that you know are trustworthy.

I ain't only just saying that ,at start I found it anightmareto get in contact with the staff tbh.But I'm sorted with them now ,Its bad though that .Because it's a criminal to start with that's nicked it ,led boards mean one thing .I would be going mental

If they came with insurance it would be nice. The thing is I paid almost 600 for a light with no insurance on shipping

Hi friend, sorry to hear what happen. You bought the light from the official website? If yes, please offer us the order number, so we can check for you.
According to the value of your order, we must buy a Signature service. But sorry we can't control the postman.
About the customer service, all the issue we will try best to solved. But need your cooperation.

My friend tryed to buy the SF4000 of ur site and its listed only as a preorder. And he couldnt find when the realese date will be. Just in the future i want to buy a SF2000 and it says the same. So i just wanna know when will they be available or do you get preorders and make a the amount of lights u get preorderd?

Thansk for your support. Because of COVID-19 and shortage of Samsung LM301B diodes, our stock is limit. Hope you can kindly understand.
Please inform us where you come from, so i can check for you.
Also you can place an preorder, once we got stock, we will arrange the shipment of the preorder first.
