I love the light so far sp 4000, the plants seem to be responding to it.
I had some trouble controlling heat off the light in the begining You guys say to just put a fan on it, and yes that does work for cooling down the light but not the room. Without an air conditioner pumping into the 5×5 tent it reached 95°. I was not expecting that.
I will post again in 2 months after I crop out.
I just purchased it on Amazon, you guys should send Amazon your newer light with dimmer outside unit. Is there a kit to buy to modify the old style?
Like I said besides the heat factor i love the light seemed to be well outperforming my HPS

Hi dear, for the old version, sorry we do not sell single dimmer box. For the hot issue, usually the tempeture of the light goes down, then the growing room will cooling down. Could you send a picture of your set up? Thanks

Here are some picks of my grow. There are 4 plants 3 days into flower.
During the time while the light is off I am seeing temps around 70°-74° but as soon as the light comes on and my a/c unit isnt pumping into the tent the temp hits 90°+.
I can control the temp with the A/C. 20200714_195129.jpg20200714_190155.jpg

Remote mount the drivers if possible. That will probably knock 5 degrees off right there. Are they still warm to the touch even with that fan blowing on them?

If you can't easily remote mount them then try adding 2 clip fans - each one hanging right above the drivers.

They do look pretty happy as is tho so I might not change anything unless you see signs of heat stress.

90℉ is ok. If you think it's too high, please check if the wattage of the light over 450W, if it's higher than 450W, please adjust it under 450W.
Ok. I will buy something for that

I will purchase something to check the wattage. Ya 90° is too high I'm trying to hit 78°-80° in the day and 70° at night. I was told the light was preset.
