if you're at a plateau, you should switch your weights. consider dead lift, squat, press, and bench press. if you do these exercises with a barbell, switch to dumbells instead. it's an effect way to break plateaus, the same principle applies vice versa. another good way to break a cycle is to do a 5x5 program for a couple months. usually works well.yeah........ just aint moving anywhere lately.......
kinda pissed off........ Think i need to go back to the gym this evening and pack up some weights..........
