Don't take extremist emotional positions, most of the people hurt by mass violence and anarchy will be black, they will have a target on them in the chaos. The identity will be revealed and he is in custody being questioned, maybe they want to see who he is running with etc. No one is minutes away from being murdered here, the photo was in poor taste and you abused the man's image, we've seen enough of it. Don't use his last moments to make some kind of emotion laden point using poor moral judgement.
