i'm glad folks got what they ordered for the most part. but i expect more reasonable business for my hard earned coin. does horror seeds have the same slow shipping and open packs fyi statement.

Guys there is nothing bad going on with healthy made seeds. I have had every order from 5 in the last 10 months or so. If your orders are international then just wait and it will get sent out in like 2 or 3 weeks. I always get an email with tracking and that's that.
From what I have gathered its just one dude running the whole show and stuff takes time, who knows maybe he orders the stuff once you order it and he does business that way?
They have a chat window on their site and it lets you know when someone is available to chat. I would try using that in future.

They are honestly TERRIBLE! I placed an order with them for over $300 on feb 9th. They never shipped out my order saying my Kobe seeds didn’t have the packaging. I asked if they could send my mimosa seeds in the mean time. They never responded. It’s now March 2nd. I messaged them on Instagram (they won’t respond to an email) and they then told me that I need to pay for an order I placed on horror seeds (order sure they never sent payment info) and until I paid for the order on horror seeds that they couldn’t send my order out. So now I requested a refund from healthy made seeds because it was either that or pay another $175 so I requested my money back. I’ll keep this thread posted but IMO stay away. The brands on that site need to find a better company to work with. Because this is the worst ran/unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Gonna find some bomb stuff off seedsman because at least they’re professional and they ship when they say it will ship and they UPDATE THEIR WEBSITES

I ordered from healthy made seeds seed junky genetics Bermuda pie a few months back, there a legit site but they took nearly 3-4 weeks to come. I emailed and messaged on there instagm site just to be ignored an made to think I was being ripped, but all turned out well, but there customer care and priority to send seeds is a load of shite unless theyve improved

The Elitegrower situation does not look very good if I am being honest, seems a little childish, like tit for tat, but i am sure it will get sorted out. I have had some of my best seed purchases from Healthy Made and its been clearly stated in this thread that they just take a little longer to get international orders out. I dont think their customer service is bad its just spread extremely thin. I think its just one dude with a holy shit ton of orders to deal with? Hope you get your stuff soon man. Let us know

That’s exactly how I felt! It’s so childish the way that they handled it. They just sent me a refund confirmation yesterday. What sucks is there’s the only people that carry symbiotic genetic. But I’d rather never taste their strains then to deal with that crappy service. DONT USE THEM

Bro, i'm glad you got your dollars back, but I have to say that if I didn't use them then I would not have the world class beans in my fridge that i do now! I get that you are well angry, shit I would be too, but take a deep breath and move on. I freaked out in a bad way when I got my first symbiotic order because the beans had been taken out of the original packaging and put into a flat container. Then I checked their website and it clearly states that due to experience over time they need to break down some orders ONLY for international shipments so that they will get through customs! This is only when breeders use much bulkier packaging like Symbiotic do! Shit that's good service as far as i can see now, but as first I didn't think that at all. I think some bean collectors get very touchy when things don't go smoothly lmfao! (and i mean me)

Seems the people that are cool with the businesses practices are people who arent really relying on genetics for their growing season. Seems like a solid business if you have a tent grow or want to hoard seeds, but not very practical if anyone is looking to get the seeds outside this summer. I personally think it’s a whacky way to run a business and I won’t return, because it’s directly effecting my business. I thought 7-10 days was just giving them time in case they got busy, didn’t realize they actually wait 7-10 days to send your order while they’re on Instagram posting and censoring comments all day.
moral of the story... if you’re here looking because you need seeds for your outdoor crop ASAP... these guys don’t really care about that. Whackiest part is I could literally drive and pick them up by lunch time lol.

I 100% agree! Some people don’t have the TIME to wait over a month before you product ships. And going to symbiotic directly doesn’t seem to work either

If you're trying to get seeds in by summer why wait till February to buy them? You literally had all winter and then choose a bank you've never used. And you put all the blame on them?
Just throwing stones I guess but when I did outdoor I'd buy seeds in Nov or Dec just in case stuff like this happens.

I don’t see why it’s necessary to buy seeds in December if there are solid companies simply providing quality service like in every other industry. You can throw stones all you want, I don’t really grasp how your stones justify slow customer service. I don’t want thousands of dollars lingering for weeks regardless. The reason i used the site is because I thought having an immediate payment option like credit card would equate to faster service than other seed banks. There are plenty of seed banks that are down to meet up in person that I use this time of year... every year. Met up with artizen seed shop in Seattle and seed vault in San Diego. And many in between. All solid providers for offering impatient clients the alternative. Thought I was saving a drive. I don’t have to buy clones months ahead lol. Are you not a fan of efficiently ran businesses in the year 2020? If it was you running said company, wouldn’t you want to provide a better service to farmers? To each their own lol.

I think that it is only fair that I post a follow up on Healthy Made. Although I stick by my thoughts that 7-10 days is way to long to get an order out the door, I do want to verify that everything DID show up in the sealed breeders packs like they are supposed to. The guy is def legit, just plan to wait it out. I do appreciate their patience with a disgruntled customer as well.
