I missed this post earlier.
We all grow for different reasons.
I strive for beautiful leaves because I feel a cannabis plant with beautiful leaves will end up with the highest quality buds.
For me it's all about quality with weight being an after thought.
It depends what your striving for. If a person wants to increase weight at the expense of quality that's great if more weight improves that persons goal.
I doubt you will find many growers here that are growing the hard to grow strains for personal use (connoisseur strains) who feel leaves aren't what's important.
I find the majority of them focusing on the health of the plant or health of the leaves as being extremely important.
Some are doing it with LED and do it just as well as HPS growers.
I bet those doing it with LED are focusing on the leaves as extremely important also judging by the plants they grow.

I am currently running 900 W of MH but will be splitting the room into two separate rooms a veg and a flower so I’m thinking two of the FC 2000? That’s about $700 for both.. since heat is a problem, the LED may work better for me.. and after reading, I think the quantum boards are the way to go..but I am not 100% sure

When you split the room will it be in half like 4ftx7.5ft or a bigger flower room or vise versa

because of where the door is placed, 7.5x6 and a 7.5x9
I would get 4 for each room for the best light coverage well 4 for the bigger room 3 for the smaller
Or another good way to do it is 50w from the wall per square ft is good coverage

yes quantum boards but for the same price get the hlg 100 v2 its the same basically but with better diodes and light though
edit actually this would compare to the sf1000 but hlg lights will have one that is comparable to the 2000 for similar price but nicer light
What temps and humidity?
Maybe you should've read my post with some vaseline, so your butt wouldn't hurt as much.
