I believe its possible if you had 2 different samples tested at a lab you would find a small difference. I have personally never been able to notice a difference when I have ran side by sides.

The posts I’ve seen people swear in helps with thc and tric production. But others say it doesn’t. Some also say it helps with curing by limiting the chlorophyll towards the top of the plant

I encourage most new growers to try this various stuff for themselves, at least with things that won't hurt your plants. The dark period won't hurt anything.

I just never saw a benefit worth messing with my light cycles. I pretty much always had different age plants in my garden, so turning the lights out for extra time always felt like it had the potential to hurt more in my case then anything it could have helped. I never had the chance to do lab testing on my buds so I couldn't tell you if lights out added an extra 1% THC or anything like that, but it didn't make a smokeable or visible difference.

I really wish I knew a strain name in the first place lmfao. Would help a lot more.
