A tea made with Molasses, worm castings, and bat guano. I would give the soil a freeze to kill the bugs before you start.

Read on it and learn the difference between organics and using salts (feeding the soil vs feeding the plant)
Read on benificial bacteria and fungus and why it is so important and why you should add it.

Just try it...you may never go back once you see the difference

I have grown organically since the seventies. Started with vegetable garden and just applied what I knew to cannabis. In my climate (think arid like Spain, irrigation, etc. ) it is easy. I get old bales of alfalfa hay that have been rained on and are of no use as animal feed. The alfalfa farmers will load up your pickup for $100. I mean you will pull away with your rear bumper dragging the ground if you don't stop them. It is wet and a load must weigh 1500 to 2000 pounds. Grind it if you can, keep it wet, turn it. It makes rich, black, organic soil. Use no animal products. I use it on roses, dahlias, peaches, heirloom toms, everything. You can use grass clippings, leaves, etc. I only grow outside. I can't imagine myself doing it any other way, but then my micro climate is ideally suited.

Take a good look into getting yourself started and always on top of the ball with your IPM. Proper planning of beneficial insects can save your butt big time.

Also you should read teaming with microbes by Jeff lowenfells, great book to give you an idea of what’s going on in your soil.
