whoa!!! i believe you should give a flush with plain water for 24 hrs. then start back with MUCH lighter nutes. try maybe 500 ppms to start. then work up slowly if they can handle it. i think that ppm caused a nute lockout which is causing the K deficiency that @Renfro mentioned.
and learn how to use your ppm meter to tell if the ppm is too high, too low or just right.

Would you say I should cut my nutes in half after I flush for a day?

My other plant is at 1275. Would you advise flushing that one for a day too? It isn’t showing any type of leaf damage but it does seem like it is growing rather slowly.

cut your nutes by a 1/3 after the flush. let's say you are at 600 ppms: if after day 1 its 550 and day 2 its 512 and day 3 its 501, then you are on the right track.

my plants never go above 600 ppm (1.2 EC is what I use insted of ppm) for the entire grow in RDWC.
