Also don't wrap the tape around really tight, just do it really loose. Else when it comes to taking it off you might just split it again.

Roll Scotch tape around the stem so that the leaves are upright again if you can. If not, just use a soft twisty tie to hold the leaves in an upright position. Something like this:IMG_20210227_114550135.jpg

Bear in mind, that leaf that your cat ate is a cotyledon, the plants built in source of nutrients. When they go yellow that is usually a good indicator of when to start feeding your plant.

i couldn't warp the tape, it's so small and i'm too afraid to use it, but i balanced it with my hand, is that good, or do you guys advice me to take the risk for tie it with the tape
I wouldn't risk the tape in that case, just a twisty tie or other prop.

You could even pile perlte or vermiculite entirely around the stem but would need to avoid wetting the perlite or vermiculte when time to water to avoid mold conditions on the stem.
