So my plant is about 3-4 weeks old and is Carmelo by delicious seeds. So I have noticed this discoloring of leaves and it’s mainly the older ones. The new growth isn’t doing it. Any help would be great they are growing in cocoloco by fox farm and I’ve only fed her calmag and big bloom and grow big once. Also just hit them with recharge by real growers a couple days ago. I’ll post pics below.

You have a tds ppm meter?
Coco should be fed light dose nutes everywatering with cal mag.
You check ph?
What water you using?

Possibly a mag def.

problem is I think cocoloco is a nutrient rich potting soil comprising of coco and other stuff, its not straight coco I don't think so should have nutrients.
May not need either the calmag or the big bloom at this point and could be why you getting a mag def.

A foliar feed of Epsom salts will help.

This is why I don't like coco mixes that are full of nutrients.

Its really annoying searching for cocoloco where I am, just get pages of adverts for some shampoo...:bigjoint:

Yes I check ph of water every watering. I use tap water which I have on previous grows and I always ph the water before giving it to them. No tds ppm meter unfortunately. Like I said I haven’t fed them much at all like once of calmag at the recommended dose and big bloom at 10 ml a gallon and grow big 5 ml a gallon.

Before adding anything in it just out of the sink it’s like 8 something but I add my ph down or up to correct it after adding my shit. It’s the cocoloco by fox farm the busdoctor kind of soil.

Says it has nutes in it already.
Dont need to add more Nutes til later, after plant uses up nutes in pot.

How long has it been n that current pot?

Since seedling stage I’m pretty sure. I was thinking about transplanting this weekend since I got time off work. Or should I wait.

So maybe I just over did it with nutes also why would it go in a deficiency instead of like a toxicity ya know what I’m trying to say brother.

Yes its called lockout. Which is from improper balance of nutes, too much of one can lockout another, Can show as a deficiency.

i would just give a good water next time and then let soil dry between waterings and see if it starts to get better.

Do you have hard water? Ec of water?
