trace fixes everything. my ghost naga was looking a bit slow in the direct sun so I gave it a full dose of that manutec trace and it popped a heap of flowers out 2 days later. it didnt think it was going to manage it

I like spraying mine every 3 weeks. And I give 2 week old seedlings a full dose of it just to make sure.

always thought that wasn't a trait you could carry on in a (relatively true) breed of anything due to the mismatch in chromosomes which stops seed being produced. I guess you could clone it for ages but how do the seeds get about?

If you take a quadraploid and cross it to a normal diploid you get triplod offspring,which is how they make seedless watermelons
Polyploid perennial rye grass is quite common aswell,we use an Italian triplod variety for winter feeding

Ive heard stories about guys having polyploid strains,Mullimbimby Madness being one of them but no one's been able to prove it as far as I know

My sativas growing this season come from a bloke in the tunabah hills around Nimbin and Mullumbimby..he knows kangativa and has been growing up there for 30+ years. I asked about the mulimbimby madness and he had a laugh..he said that's just what people called the local hooter back then and it stuck so people assume big sativas from that way are madness but they were running a wicked potent strain that had legs during the aquarius .he did say the seeds he gave me are monsters from that era. it's real silvery light green buds with redish orange hairs..and very head trippy.cant wait to see them in flower.

Those traces work all right hey you just don't want to apply them too regularly

Yeah the further time goes on it will become more of a myth.next time I go won't be during the mardigrass so I can sit down with some locals and have a yarn about it..might even get some concrete evidence and hopefully some seeds.its hard because the real deal growers there who would know don't even have a computer yet alone the internet.

Yep i know a guy on a private forum that lives up that way. Knew kangativa before he was popped and bushweed and even nevil and all of them were using mullimbimby madness in crosses. He is actually running a few of the different crosses this year. It was definitely a real thing.

It's the old fellas who would know and it's the old fellas who won't talk haha.my connection in the area doesn't even have a phone like most of them so it's hard to get hook ups to meet people.the pub next to the museum is the best bet at finding someone who knows.

I remember reading about colchicine soaking to produce polyploidy back when I was a kid. Was always keen to try it out one day

They had another Columbian strain up there called old mother sativa. I know of 2 people who have the strains . but I also know I'll never get my hands on them. Most of the mm growers would rather see it go excint then go mainstream. The fuckers think there some secret society of cannabis growers haha

You was def right sort 1 issue create another ahah. The portable ac works well just created positive pressure in my tent so guess ill have to buy a bigger exhaust fan now.

I'm leaning towards sativa next season. Grow half bodhi and 3 or 4 sativa strains .
