Also, I think Rand's quote above is flawed. She uses the term "rights" incorrectly. Certainly the interests of some take precedence over others, but when an individual exercises a right, for it to be a right, it can't extinguish or negate the right of another. Also, she was at heart not a libertarian as she made exceptions for some kinds of government coercion, when it benefitted her. Still, she did get some things right and her book Atlas Shrugged makes an excellent door stop.

Your argument is based on stupidity. A man getting paid to do a job he agreed to do is a world of difference from a slave. How stupid do you like making yourself look Mr.Wordsmith.

By your logic I would not need a permit to dump garbage in front of your home. Your logic has many many flaws .

busing is forced segregation but meant to give kids an education they might not otherwise have due to where they live. is it right or wrong?

i disagree that civil right are bad and it's NOT an antidote..it's meant to give the black citizen equal rights to that of a white person.
