I'd go with a 240H-C2100 for 2 boards. I've gone from running 4 boards on a 320H-C2800 driver to 2 on the 240Hafter having a driver fail and leaving me with no light.....

Found it for three but not for two... Hlg 320h-c1750a for three 288s,but i just looked
at the driver for 2 on a kit and got it that way... Hlg 240h...

I have many that would work from Burgeon to Snap-on, but the one that fits perfect is size 1 phillips from this set

Well another option would be 3 on an HLG320H-54. Wired in parallel would give you 100+ watts per board. its easier to find drivers to match a pair of boards than to find one to run three if you want a matching pair of drivers.

And just run my other 288 by itself?

. I stripped my dim screw to my hlg135xw quantum board is this screw your mention the size for the dimmer? Also can you replace the screw with a new one to prevent it from happening again or just try not to damage it more?

Yeah, size #1 phillips for dimmer screw
If I were to munt the plastic screw head, I reckon I would add a tiny amount of good glue to the screwdriver tip, hope it sets & never remove it.
Got to be easier than stripping the driver & replacing the butchered component

I'm running the HLG-240H-C2100A drivers so each board is ~ 114 watts at the wall. I've also been experimenting with some different options above the plant. Had 2 QB288's for a while. Switched to a 600 HPS for a while (I needed more heat). Just replaced that with a 315W CMH.

Lots of watts - I certainly won't be winning any grams per watt contests but that was not my goal either.

To grow one plant and make it as ridiculous as I could. I've never done rdwc. Never used led. Never grown a big plant.

And yes...it is excessive. When I added the 2nd row of leds...8 more...i felt like I had reached peak insanity. Well see...

I personally would love to see you bend branches open and achieve more girth with that amount of lighting pretty sweet for your setup
