LEDs to supplement my 315wLEC in 4x4

I'm looking at the moment.cab you elaborate on the name of the strips.

I searched for the same Samsung strip's but all out of stock for 8weeks. They are cheaper though!

Those are 1inch strips , half the voltage too.

Sorry to ask a question on your thread but....i am going to.

I have a 315 and a QB135 and a 200wat timber 2VL. Would it be better to run the 200 timber and QB 135 than that 315?

I am going to run the 315 and the QB because i will get right to 85 degrees F with both and the vortex on full. And that is as hot as i want to play in the tent. But maybe a chibi with that qb and timber...or another qb 135...

If it were me I'd stick the lot on. The more lights shining down on the plants the better.
Just throttle back the leds to suit your temps

0.7 inch actually. They fit nicely on the Heatsink USA .601 profile that costs about ~$1 per foot.

I will do this. The 315 full blast and the vero and QB adjusted to get to 500 watts in the 4 x 4. Thanks.

Yes Heatsink USA, view their website, they do have machining available.....unknown what the costs are.
Im pretty lucky I guess, its a Michigan company, so shipping to my area is very affordable!

They do have machining services. They cut to your desired length for free, but I don't know about drilling and tapping cost. The Samsung strips don't have mounting holes anyway, they have semicircles notches cut in the edges for mounting. I just glue them down with JB Weld epoxy.

Im trying to make the lights upgrade freindly so need the holes. Thermal tape is i nightmare to remove a snapped a strip in 2 and ripped off the trace with the leds still attached trying.

Ill have a look anyway nice one.
