We can argue some points, but it needs to be kept in mind and understanding that we aren't talking about a trivial point here. A brother grower lost his life. Disagreements and discussions are never bad, but in light of the fact that Greg Longnecker lost his life, we should at least speak of that portion in respectful and reverent terms... May he rest in peace and may we all dedicate a toke to him...

It seems there were plenty of options to find him without commandeering heavy equipment for a pursuit...Especially for a Kingpin of 10 plants... I too will bet nothing will come of it, but this cop had to play cowboy and now a man is dead. May God Rest his soul.

Running though unwise should never equate to an extrajudicial capital offense.

Someone who runs has not yet been convicted anything, they shouldn't be shot in the back nor ran over by a bulldozer!

Very practical solid advice... its a false dicotomy to say that is opposed to my stance.

Yes its practical advice however a civilized society doesnt shoot people running away in the back nor run them down on foot w a car in the open or heavy equipment in brush!

I don't believe they shot him in the back. If he would have complied he would be alive today.

I didnt say they did... im saying a civilized society doesnt police itself that way... we dont shoot in the back, we dont run ppl down w cop cars on the street, we dont bulldoze people in brush!
