Lights too low?

My friend saying my lights to low they 400watt hps Vivosun bulbs 1 metal Halie 400watt and a Morsen 1200watt series led like 290 from wall plants seem happy caked in trichs only thing I seen are the older leave have arched permanently still light green I have 9 plants in total no reflectors and can lightly feel heat from bulbs above buds

Every person on here gives straight answers to me and helpful you say dumb shit stop filling everything I've posted last thing you said me and my wife laughed like what a dummy I never grew a thing in my life now have gardens flowers and cannabis by far am I asking stupid questions the dumb questions are the ones u didn't ask

How did that morsen 1200w led get on? ive just got one reading very mixed reviews
