Should I dunk my plant in soapy water before moving indoor?

I want to bring in my autoflower plant which has been in my balcony since it was in seedling stage and put it inside a grow tent under 18/6 light cycle.

This is my first grow and I'd appreciate any sort of good advice and education on the matter. And I have some specific questions:

1) should I dunk the whole thing in soapy water and spray it with neem oil solution prior to the transition?
2) I have dimmable 1800w LED Light installed in my tent; what intensity and distance from the plant do you recommend?
3) what other precautions and suggestions could you give me. Thanks.

#2- what beand because its probably not real 1800 watts.

#3- don't go from oitside to inside as you'll more times than not bring buhs back to your area.

I don't grow outside therefore can't advise to wash in soap, but doesn't sound like the greatest idea.

If your plant is still young, the moving and soap water are ok. Very very light soap. Not sure what ratio I use but just enough till I see a few bubbles. Only use Neem during veg. Your "1800watt" LED is probably more like 200-400w from the wall. Put your hand up to the light and slowly pull your hand away from the center down toward your plant. You'll feel heat on your hand for about 8-12 inches. Keep the top of your plant just below this "heat zone". I usually run my leds no more than 12-18 inches.

Oh and don't dunk the whole thing. Spray bottle the entire plant. Under leaves and top of soil. Remember very light soap, your not trying to have a kids bubble gun when you go to spray it. After you spray her leave a light breeze or fan on it to help dry faster.

i think you'd be better off getting some spinosad and spraying your plant with it 3 times before you bring it in. spray, wait a day, spray, wait 2 days, spray, wait a day...then spray again, wth.

It says the wattage is around 340. Is that too weak?

Well, the reason I want to dunk the whole thing is to avoid contaminating my grow tent and better light condition because it' always cloudy here.

Its fine for one or two plants. Keep as close to the canopy as you can. Your plant will let you know if it's too close

By the way, can I use this light for seedlings? If yes, what distance and intensity? It's worth mentioning that the light is dimmable.

is changing the soil of the plant (repotting?), given the size and age of it, an absolutely terrible idea?
Re potting any auto is supposedly really bad idea BUT if your careful enough I can't see a problem. I would advise against doing it while in bloom though if I'm honest.
I've had seedlings do perfectly well under 600w hps light. Just start the light at 18 inches and move closer until the plant tells you its too warm then back the light off.

My tent is 100x100x200 cm; if I'm supposed to use a scrog and spread the branches to fill the room, will the light be enough and what kind of yield should I expect?

What if I don't use a scrog? can I grow more plants? (I don't have feminized seeds, so I have to have to grow more plants, than 1-2.

Do I have an appropriate light for the tent size I have?

Full throttle on the light?

To fill that tent you will need more light. Your plants will grow under any amount of light but your yield will suffer if you don't get enough penetration.

Just keep everything you have as is. Don't change abuncha stuff to quick. That light can go 12-18 inches from tallest point of your plant. It's plenty for 1 little auto. It's fine for seedlings also. So keep your oldest going and start another seedling or 2, so as 1 finishes flower the next one is just going into it.

Yes more watt's = more penetration = faster more vigorous growth = stronger plants and higher yield
even for seedlings?

on a separate note, should I put germinating seeds which are in Rockwool cubes inside a humidity dome under the light too?

Phew! I was beginning to feel bad about my setup. Thanks. :)
