Regardless of OP figures being true or not it is a culture derived from fear of whites that is now hatred of whites actions of the past that is ignorantly applied to the present ''reverse racism'' and false claims that everything is still racist. The culture has problems with respect for authority, women and fathers who don't raise their kids or raise them with positive, factual sane sentiments required to live with people other than their own.

African American culture on the whole?, hardly waving banners of peace and unity. I feel very sorry for African Americans who really know whats up but have to live around those who don't. They are truly their own enemy now.

Blacks are over 90% more likely to be born into poor, crime riddled inner city environments than whites. It's been that way since 1865.

The reason blacks are more likely to commit crime is because whites have been stacking the deck against them and doing everything in their power to keep them ignorant and desperate for the last 450 years.

Europe doesn't have that problem because they woke up long ago...which is another reason the rest of the world thinks we're blithering idiots.

And they are in fact correct.
