How a Bump Stock works

Look, we're never going to see eye to eye on this because I'm trying to debate a subject I know a lot about. While you two clearly know next to nothing about.

I'm quite convinced you two have never shot a gun. No point in further continuing this.
You don't know shit. The facts are very clear. Countries with gun control laws -- laws that still allow gun ownership but much tighter regulations -- have much lower rates of all kinds of gun related deaths and injuries and mass shootings. What you spout is an unjustified belief that they don't work. The facts, if you can be bothered to look them up say otherwise. It's you who live in a world of make-believe.

Again, gun buy back programs won't work. Where is the money to buy them back coming from? You're likely talking billions of dollars to do so.

Our gun deaths are 2/3 suicide. After that, we're not much different from countries that outlaw guns.

Let's take away something from 99.999999% of the population because .00000001% of the population.

For the 10000th time. We have a HEALTH CARE crisis, but liberals want to throw a fit about guns. You're going to die of heart disease, guns aren't of your worry.
Gun buy back programs have worked in every single country they have been implemented. There is no discussion - countries that wanted to reduce gun violence took guns out of circulation through gun buy backs and strict controls of gun sales.

The tactic worked 100% of the times it was used. There is no argument you can make - you cannot prove this is false because it is not false.

It is 100% True. Gun Control WORKS. Every industrialized nation on earth that has implemented controls on fire arms is safer than the US.

It is safer for depressed folks, it is safer for innocent bystanders, it is safer for police officers and it is safer for children.

You are wrong.

You need to be able to say, OK I am wrong, but I like guns because ......... You need to be able to say, the price of freedom is risk that you'll get shot... you need to come up with whatever philosophical/metaphysical thing you can come up with. Maybe - somewhere in there - you can rationalize a competent argument that I can at least acknowledge.

But saying gun buybacks don't work, and that gun control won't make anybody safer.

That's a pile of horseshit..... the proof is available if you have any questions I can elaborate further if you wish.

Okay, I'll ignore the fact your gun buyback programs is a left-wing dream (that doesn't work). Beyond that.

But where is this buyback money coming from?

You gonna pull it out of your ass?

I just can't see how anyone with .01% of logical thought in their brain can think that taking guns away from law-abiding citizens and leaving only criminals with guns is a solution for anything. 360 million guns you want to buy back, with what fucking money lmao

@Bugeye posted just a few hours ago that he's completely for sacrificing public safety for his convenience. At least he's honest about his shitty concern for his own convenience.

54 dead, 120 wounded in mass shootings since the beginning of the year to Feb 14. Real nice @Bugeye. Your convenience was worth it.

At this rate, about 400 dead, 800 wounded on the altar of convenience by year's end.

I'm not sacrificing any public safety. My guns are locked up and only I have access.

400 dead and 800 wounded. What's that compared to alcohol related? How about Tobacco? Medical "accidents"?

Not shit. That's how it compares. You're all just salty because the media tells you to be. Sheep.

Don't need to. Guns wear out, quickly if not maintained. Many (most?) people don't take care of their shit. Number of guns go down over time.

The government will do what they did with cigarettes - tax the crap out of them. How much is a pack a smokes these days?

Who says law abiding citizens can't have guns? You are the only one spouting that.

OHHHH. I SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!

It's called a straw man argument. Post something nobody said and then knock it down. Typical right wing debate tactic. Weak, weak, weak.

Guns can last well over 100 years. Many WW1 and WW2 guns are still seeing action today. Moot point.

So, a buyback/gun ban means law abiding citizens still have guns?

Well which is it... are we taking/buying back guns, or are we letting citizens still keep them?

All I see is dreams and ideas. But no logical ways as to how these can/will be implemented.

Idk how many times I have to say I'm not against restrictions. It's just there's zero logic behind these "ideas".

Straw man argument again.

I've said to you before that I'm all for Canada's gun control program. Read it. It doesn't take guns away from those that are able to pass background checks and follow the law.
