The oil industry is behind it? When it originally aired it never saw American airwaves. Many of the very renounced scientists in the documentary laugh at the notion. I'll follow them rather than Al Gore. The long history of our planet simply does not support his agenda.

CO2 and higher temps are a self-reinforcing cycle. i have explained this to you already. as CO2 goes up, it drives up temperture. as temperature goes up, it causes the release of more sequestered CO2. this is elementary school science, you simpleton.

Two of the scientists that appeared in the movie disowned the film and said their testimony in the film was greatly distorted. In other words the film's makers not only had to scrape up belly crawlers like Christy who is famous for publishing false reports on climate change in exchange for oil industry lobby money, they had to dupe two honest researchers and distort statements in order to get any material at all. They falsely portrayed those scientists statements, admit it and did nothing to correct those errors in the films.
All in all, a shabby film, full of lies, fake science and seeping oil money. The film's makers later admitted they deliberately falsified graphics used in the film to claim the earth global temperature is not warming. They had to because if they used actual data it shows the opposite of what they wanted you to believe.

It was the British station, "channel 4" that sponsored it. After reviewing complaints against Channel four, ofcom, the British media regulatory agency ruled that the film was a political sham and filled with falsehoods.
Regarding your fake science regarding the mechanism behind global warming being water vapor, you have it backwards.
