They weigh 100 lbs on the small side and closer to 200 on the large size. They're crazy motherfuckers. They've been known to attack cars that come into their territory.

That's because they are scent hounds and have an exception sense of smell not because they are the smartest breed. Bloodhounds, so maybe dumb is not the best word but maybe ADD or "learning impaired" maybe that is a better word for it more PC.

My dachshund hated that dog and when my dad would watch him for me he was SO happy to get away from her. Bloodhounds are very loveable though I must admit.

I scale intelligence for a dog on their ability to learn and also how they respond to stimuli. For example my weener dog would see fire, feel the heat and back away. My dads bloodhound tried to sniff the fire and got burned
I'll be honest, I knew most of the dogs on there like the Dogo, Fila and Pressa. But I couldn't find the damn pitbull... the one they have there is the way pits used to be or what is now considered to be the Staffordshire type instead of the more bully type. I like the Staffy type better because they represent more of the true type. People are cross breeding them more with bulldogs making them thicker which is ok. Biggest drawback to that you have a 100+ lb dog, but he can't breath or run etc like a true pit can.
I have literally been aroung them my entire life and I wasn't sure either.

I had a retarded epileptic dog once. Junior. He was the runt of Raquel's litter and had to be resuscitated at birth. He had a seizure and fell in our pool and drowned, though. Never could learn his name or how to go on a leash, but he sure was a cute little motherfucker.
