First off all led cree are all made in china. The ones that go to name brand seller are actually tested before being assembled or sold. Second the rating you get on a led is lower than the actual wattage draw because a light emiting diode is 80% more efficient at converting electric to light. Now heres the real kicker the same way they test light output on hps mh or even your common house bulb is the same way led is tested. Two of my lights are marshall led. One which is rated at 500 and draws 85watts. Other is rated at 1500 and draws around 485watts. The other two are cob one is a 20inch autofeel rated at 980 watts. Then a 44inch cob light rated at 2000 watts. I dont know exactly how much it all actually puts out. All i know for sure is that it's so bright it will give you a headache. But I'm not arguing with someone who obviously doesn't know a thing about led

New members today are such jackass don't fall into that category my man. You are using cheap led, doesn't mean you can't grow with them. Idk why everyone is so confrontational on here lately there are many members who know led real well.

20180106_145216.jpg The dwarf is a Hiesenberg that was germ'd same time as the ROG. The bushy plant to the right is Dinafem Critical + 2.0, also germ'd at the same time. The large plant is Sour Livers which was germ'd 10 days later. The light is a vero cob 400w from Timber. I'll put the ROG under this light when these are done. Reason is COB lighting (these anyway) = rock hard nugs. The platinum p300's are nice but they haven't given the same performance. The purple Hiesenberg is probably due to cold temps at night.

I have read up on led till my head hurt. I just hate it when you have someone so stuck on the old ways that the new shit is always junk. I have watched her from the beginning. Almost put a cfl on her to get stretch because she was so tightly packed but didnt. My buddy has 1000w hps and my first grow was a trans Siberian auto. Brought around 3 ounces with the 1500 alone. Would have been better if i had added something better for veg. But buds were so dense they would bounce. His looked super dense until it dried. After he cured his you could squish buds flat. You could have played baseball with mine.

that probably means you just know how to grow better than our buddy. Ive seen some killer dense nugs come from hps lights same as with leds. @whitebb2727 also uses led lighting hes a good guy and has plenty of knowledge to pass when people dont come off as assholes and dbags. just remember man this is a weed site, not everyone will agree with each other and thats the way it is. so smoke a bowl and mellow out some before typing up arrogant replies as alot of these guys will out argue you
