Hahaha I understand where your coming from and that's cool it's not really something you believe in,it's just a guide as to when different types of plants are at different stages in their growing cycle, but i do know if you plant around now and harvest around march /April that will generate you considerable wealthI'd have to see proof to consider using it.
Probably a past aversion thanks to watching my mum wave around sage sticks, listen to crap music. And dribble garbage to strangers while looking at tarot cards.
And this crystal will ground you. And this one brings luck. And this one will generate wealth.... It's a rock. It's not going to do shit, but sit there.
Even a broken watch is right twice a daylol i bet that was hard to admit im tryen to be smarter
I'll have to have a look at the place where I stash all my stuff atyeah i want to build a data logger or buy one got any suggestions?
some of the ones i've seen have been ridiculously expensive, i'd just build my own out of an arduino but takes time i dont generally have to faff around lolI'll have to have a look at the place where I stash all my stuff at
If your going to use blumats I suggest this as the way to set up the reservoir credit to @heady blunts over at I.c mag for the design@OzCocoLoco guessing your the coco expert around here how is the coco brick stuff from bunnings? i want to shit off this soil having no end of dramas with it and switch to blumats and coco.
I was looking into getting a raspberry Pi earlier on tonight lol they look like they could be fun to play around withsome of the ones i've seen have been ridiculously expensive, i'd just build my own out of an arduino but takes time i dont generally have to faff around lol
Only if you intend on selling it. I'm just growing for my own supply.Hahaha I understand where your coming from and that's cool it's not really something you believe in,it's just a guide as to when different types of plants are at different stages in their growing cycle, but i do know if you plant around now and harvest around march /April that will generate you considerable wealth
yeah its where i've been reading about it, tons of great info. my issue currently is since im growing at different stages how to feed. guess i'll need 2 res. or is it possible to just use water in the blumat setup and feed the nuets by hand?If your going to use blumats I suggest this as the way to set up the reservoir credit to @heady blunts over at I.c mag for the design

There's a good thread over there about coco blumats

I've got a mk1 rasberry pi. The thing is gutless. Can't even watch a YouTube video smoothly. You'd want at least a Pi 2.I was looking into getting a raspberry Pi earlier on tonight lol they look like they could be fun to play around with
https://www.raspberrypi.org/ Check them outwhats a rassberry pi
Could do that, I only used them in flower in veg I let them dry out a bit more to make the roots chase the moisture a little. You never water coco with straight water it fucks up the ph.yeah its where i've been reading about it, tons of great info. my issue currently is since im growing at different stages how to feed. guess i'll need 2 res. or is it possible to just use water in the blumat setup and feed the nuets by hand?
Thanks for the tip . What do you reckon about using them for a grow room controller like thisI've got a mk1 rasberry pi. The thing is gutless. Can't even watch a YouTube video smoothly. You'd want at least a Pi 2.
surely for simple data logging in a grow room a mk1 would be fine?I've got a mk1 rasberry pi. The thing is gutless. Can't even watch a YouTube video smoothly. You'd want at least a Pi 2.
Might be able to just run base nutes from the blumats and hand water any boosters if you have different stages flowering ?yeah its where i've been reading about it, tons of great info. my issue currently is since im growing at different stages how to feed. guess i'll need 2 res. or is it possible to just use water in the blumat setup and feed the nuets by hand?
That's actually why I bought the thing to begin with. But I can't stand slow tech. I'd rather use their newer version and be able to handle multiple tasks. Than try to get by on something that compares to an anemic Celeron. Thanks for the tip . What do you reckon about using them for a grow room controller like this
http://www.raspiviv.com/ ?
yeah thats what i was thinking could be easiest.Might be able to just run base nutes from the blumats and hand water any boosters if you have different stages flowering ?
Mk 1 hasnt got very much ram. It can barely do anything. Runs like 80% capacity just using linux-pi OS. Whatever it's called. Hasn't got a very demanding interface either. Yet it's still just about maxxed out sitting there doing fuck all.surely for simple data logging in a grow room a mk1 would be fine?
Im going to have a bit more of a look I could replace a few of my controllers for temp and humidity as well as have a alarm type set up if for example lights didn't come on at a set time or shit like thatThat's actually why I bought the thing to begin with.
