I agree he's got most of the makings for a good exhaust system though. I think it would be best to swap the 4" filter for a 6" and use his 440cfm for exhaust. Use the 4" boosters for intake if necessary. Maybe just one, and rig the other to help pull air up from the lights? Especially if it has a dimmer, though a booster probably doesn't.
Also man COB LEDs are great but if you are looking to make your dollar go the farthest you'd be better off going with a Citizen than a Cree. They cost about half as much and they're still great quality. Never used a Vero but I hear they're less expensive too and also good choices. Cree are nice but not twice as good, not even close. Basically you'd be paying double for the name. Actually driven at a high enough current the Citizen 1212 is more efficient than the Cree Cxb3590 (the one folks are generally referring to when they talk about Cree). They're all made in China.
