Why won't his fan be effective? It's a 6in fan, 440cfm in a 54sq/ft space... Or is he running boosters alone? I must have missed that. That fan will do nothing when things start to smell. There isn't nearly enough static pressure to pull through that filter. This is also why your temps are so high.
you are on the best grow site for LED lights, and everyone here is moving to COBS,, why not check out http://timbergrowlights.com/ or tasty led, or cobkits, or any number of COB advertisters on here,, why buy the china cheapo blurple lights when you can have the best,, sure,, run the light you have already,, i get it,, but if your going to buy more,, why not buy cobs? You have to try them out for your self every light is different yes but the one I have didn't get to bad of reviews and it is a decent coverage area.... look into vipar.....I have seen varied results and my conclusion is yes the lights might not be the best but what else do you have as contributing factors.....
I have 2 100 cfm boosters and a 200 cfm in line I purchased.... wouldn't that function properly for my air exchange. I'm still pushing 200 cfm while pulling 200 cfm. It would be from 2 separate locations in the tent. Or maybe link the 2 boosters together..... to be honest this is as advanced as I have ever gone.... I usually just grown outside or in a closet, but I felt it time to upgrade to a tent and led system..... that's why I set the threat up so early to work the bugs out before I sacrifice a grow to carelessnessWhy won't his fan be effective? Wouldn't a kind led do the same work?????? I know for 3x the price probablyyou are on the best grow site for LED lights, and everyone here is moving to COBS,, why not check out http://timbergrowlights.com/ or tasty led, or cobkits, or any number of COB advertisters on here,, why buy the china cheapo blurple lights when you can have the best,, sure,, run the light you have already,, i get it,, but if your going to buy more,, why not buy cobs?
sadly no,, none of the mass produced led lights compare to the cobs,,Wouldn't a kind led do the same work?????? I know for 3x the price probably
your couriosity and willigness to learn is going to take you very far , so i congrate you on that,, and your current light will grow bud for sure, but it comes down to grams per watt, and if a mass produced light will grow only half gram ( .5 per watt) lets say,, and the cobs can grow 1 to 1.5 grams per wat easy,, why not spend your electricity costs on a more effiecient light, a light that give you twice the harvest weight for the same size grow room,, i always tell myself if i am going to spend 3 to 4 months or more on a grow,, why not try and get the most out of it as i canI'm clearly misunderstand the cree tech, how does a 300w cob size up and to which light size would it compare
your doing fine, but before you spend more money, on more of the same, and then you find yourself with severl hundered dollars in sub par led panels,, when you could have purchased cobs from the start,,I would of purchased a better light, but I am not entirely familiar with leds yet and just wanted to dip my toes without killing my cash..... I have no issue upgrading in the near future but I gotta use this one before I spend more and not use my vipar
