i've run out of WWII videos to watch recently and so i started watching WWI documentaries instead and that war gives me nightmares.

My Grandfather was in WWI, and the things he had said were just unreal, All he told us, when we where just kids, it was horrifying he talked about the Germans(Nazi) like they were devils, pure evil.
I would imagine he was shocked people could do things like they did, and we all gathered around the table when he wanted to tell a story about the terrible things that happened there and in his life.

My uncle was a LT. J.G. aboard the USS Barbel (SS316) which was sunk near the Philippines in Jan 1945. Nine years before I was born.
