that's funny u think the rays are favorites last time I checked everyone thinks the angels are and the rays aren't even favored to win the east everyone on espn has said the sox are most likely going to catch them. I hate the rays I live in Florida so pretty much all of their games are on on tv here. They have the most annoying announcers I've ever heard. Faggots say shit like it's penacolada time....gay!

My Astros just leaped passed your Cardinals! I'm telling you, we are on a fucking tare having the best record in baseball since the All-star break. We've only lost once in our last 15. The funny thing is we're doing this without a lot of key players who are out on injury. My Astros are the fucking shit.

So an update on my Astros... I'm pretty pissed off right now. So I'm sure you all know about the hurricane that swept into the states from the Gulf of Mexico. Because Houston got so torn up the games that were supposed to be played against the cubbies got moved to a "neutral" site. Where did MLB decide would be the best to play the Astros/Cubs series? Wait for it... Milwaukee! For those of you who don't see the MAJOR problem with this let me clue you in. So this is a makeup HOME game for the Astros... Miller Park in Milwaukee is only a two hour drive north of Chicago. Early in the season when the Cubs would play the Brewers they started calling it "Wrigley North" cause of the fan base they would put up there that would sometimes be more than the Brewers had. Is this not a bull shit call by major league baseball? I mean a team that just endured a heap of devastation to their city looses their home field advantage when they're to play a division leading team. It will all be ok though... by the time Monday night sets in and both games are played I will have a smile on my face cause the Astros will have taken both! I'm calling it... Astros will pull out this miracle run at the Wild Card, get to the playoffs and win it all for the fans that just had to deal with Hurricane Ike. It will make a great sports story. Go ASTROS... Fuck Ike!

my cubs are team to beat in nl...they thyrew the mets a bone in 4 game series splitting 2-2 with scrubs playing ...mets be lucky to make post season i smell another big metdown cubs got nl on lockdown...anaheim in al :leaf:
