So where's the evidence that's what led to the loss?it was literally national news. even cletus and joe McSisterfucker get national news.
How do you address 1 in 4 Democrats within the party being racist?probably closer ro 20-25%, if the polls can be believed.
How much did the minimum wage go up? How much did the Obama administration affect college costs?manufacturing jobs increased under obama. taxes went down under obama. there was an even "making work pay" tax credit under obama.
should he have just barnstormed through rural michigan sucking the dicks of racist white rural dwellers?
There are notable policies Obama has been responsible for that have benefitted the working class, but it's simply foolish to deny the strikes, especially in the way of healthcare. The ACA is a step in the right direction, but it falls short. The advancement of NSA spying and restrictions on internet freedom are other areas where the Obama administration have failed abysmally.
If somebody asked me, I'd say I thought he was overall a good president, but his failures to serve the American people are magnified in electing Trump to ultimate power. It simply cannot be denied.
To be clear, I wholeheartedly lay blame at the feet of Hillary Clinton, and while I think Obama did well, relatively speaking, during his time as president, he still holds a portion of the blame as the head of the Democratic party in choosing not to prioritize the things that have led to Trump's victory.
Yeah, the character he played during the election was. It doesn't have to be real, people just have to believe it. Not so for the Democrats, they've had 8 years to tally up some results, and the American people have looked at their record during that time and have decided it's not enough. It's time for a change. You can mark that up to the American people being stupid or sexist or racist or whatever, but because the Democrats stepped up for Wall St. and told ol' Joe USA to go fuck himself and take his pennies elsewhere, that their buddies will finance their reelection bids and that essentially, they don't matter, who could blame working class Americans for going with a guy who tells them he'll bring back their jobs and lower their healthcare costs and get rid of the trade agreements that have led to their circumstances in the first place? That resonates a little more than identity politics.yeah, but a 70 year old (fake) billionaire who stiffs contractors, buys chinese steel, and said to let the auto industry die is the friend of the rural midwestern. got it.
If actual progressives run, they'll win. If your retarded party decides to run more establishment shills, they'll lose.easiest prediction ever. democrats will be defending 25 senate seats in 2018, the GOP only 8. and the democrats have way more seats to defend in republican states than the GOP has to defend in blue states.
It's actually pretty simple logic to follow; you run republican light against an actual republican, you're going to lose. People want an actual progressive, actual progressives can win. You can't win because nobody buys what you're selling.
Your opinion means very little to me at this point. Both you and londonfog were embarrassingly wrong about this election when at least 3 different people called it 100% to the tee. Hit me up when you get some credibility built upyou are a hack and a spoiled little bernie-child. just vote trump, he earned your vote in 2020 with tulsi gabbard.
