I didnt see anything in his post about finding the illegals. We dont need to find them.

A government that acted on behalf of it's people would create legislation that caused people to self deport or at least follow the laws.

1. Create an employment database and place serious fines for any employer using illegal labor.

2. Do not issue drivers licensed to illegal immigrants and arrest anyone that has an expired visa during traffic stops and criminal investigations.

I could go on but this forum doesnt deserve a lot of time spent on this.

The problem is the government absolutely needs young immigrant labor because of the social security ponzi scheme and massive debt it has wrung up. It is against the needs of the people but government and the people split ways a long time ago on what was best for each of them.

I have an expired visa technically but legally cannot leave the country until I have my green card because my immigration is still in works and I have to wait until immigration services completes the rest of my paperwork

The government did not properly police the borders and created the problem in the first place. There are a lot of problems with the system but you can blame all of them on the government.
