No, I'm saying a person's circumstances are an important variable in deciding whether or not the "agreement" they enter into is legitimateUsing your rationalizations, you're saying a persons circumstances create an alibi for them to be exempt from rules of civility and that one party has a right to make demands on another if their life is going shitty.
Why do you think it's okay for my misfortune to grant a license for me to make your choices for you ?
How are they even related ?
I was kind of hoping El Tiberon (or something like that) would drop back in for a cameo ? Can you arrange that ?Hey what about that guy that had a 'Sambo'-like avatar.....'Mr. Aligator' or something similar? He doesn't seem to be around anymore...
I don't believe it would improve the quality of the service to tell you the truthImagine what would happen if you COULD tip a McDonald's employee?
Them arches WOULD be made of gold, bro-

If a person is starving, they will take any job they can find just to survive. In essence, they are forced to take the job because survival is paramount. If they are forced into it, it cannot be legitimate by definition

Oh my god are you still playing that one note?So you're saying a person can commit fraud on an unwitting person, who is unrelated to the creation of the poor circumstances of the potentially fraudulent person and it's okay ?
So if your life sucks, you are not responsible for your actions ?
That's entry level server at a business that attracts customers.400 bucks a week is known as "below the poverty line" for a family like yours.
but i guess that's still better than living on welfare.
I don't return to places that offer shitty service.i bet you are at walmart and mcdonalds a lot.
comeb now.I don't believe it would improve the quality of the service to tell you the truth
^ You got it. As I mentioned in that other thread, you are a dick for making those shitbag comments, but I can't agree more with you on this. Gotta remember, folks; a lot of these guys and girls slingin our food don't get paid a whole lot nor are they treated very well. Even if my buddies/wife and I just grab some shitty tacos from a chain place I still tip, regardless.i tip everytime i get fast food.
sometumesvthey look at me funny. but ibe been told they get tipped on occasio
its odd some places wont accept a tip even for say an employee loading groceries in your car
Sure I did. Do you dream about me often?Pie told me he has been widely discredited.
Lol.
No, I'm playing with myself now too.Oh my god are you still playing that one note?
Then buy a gun and TAKE THAT SHIT!I don't get it.
I'm saying that if you want to offer me $2 an hour for a job and I have to take it because if I don't, I will starve to death, the "agreement" in which I accepted the job offer is illegitimateSo you're saying a person can commit fraud on an unwitting person, who is unrelated to the creation of the poor circumstances of the potentially fraudulent person and it's okay ?

How long have you worked in hospitality?I don't believe it would improve the quality of the service to tell you the truth
Because there is no room for the service to be improved. When I go to McDonalds, the problem is never with the service, it's with the quality of the product (which is why I don't go there very often). Even a significant tip will not solve that problemcomeb now.
whyvwould you think that
Agreed on all counts.I'm saying that if you want to offer me $2 an hour for a job and I have to take it because if I don't, I will starve to death, the "agreement" in which I accepted the job offer is illegitimate
So when you say "He accepted it, it's an agreement between two consenting people and you have no right to get involved!" and try to use that as justification for such low wages, it's bullshit
I have around 5 years experienceHow long have you worked in hospitality?
