People try to explain what it's like to live as a minority under certain unfair conditions and they get dismissed as whiners. People present facts and they are misunderstood or misinterpreted.

Other people are affected by policies that are ok for you. These policies disproportionately affect certain races. Whether they were set up with ill intent or not the net effect is that it is hurting certain races more than others. Shouldn't that be enough to trigger change?

No not at all. I just accept that police are failed humans like us. They are tasked with a tough job with extremely high standards. Much like pilots, police are highly trained but their mistakes often lead to injury or death. High level of responsibility. But they are still just scared humans with dangerous tools on the job.

Soldiers are held accountable in war zones for the murder of innocent civilians, and police should be as well. Police departments need to weed out their weak and unfit
