they approach EVERYONE like they are criminals. that's why in 2015 60% of cop related fatalities(about 600) were white. 26% of cop related deaths (around 300) were black. while there were double the whites killed, we comprise 70% of the population while blacks are around 13%. extremely disproportionate, but simply being disproportionate doesn't intelligently confer any meaning behind that disproportionality.

The reason it appears that way is because, historically, blacks have been sequestered to the poorer neighborhoods.

There is always personal responsibility to consider but again it is hard to learn responsibility when dad is in jail and mom works full time to support you.

Kids do better with an constant and steady authority figure in their life. Day care is only as good as you can afford imo.

There really are many more variables than you are considering.

Actually you hit the nail here. While the inane here want to tell us that the biggest problems blacks have are white cops, it is really the fact that 75% of black births are out of wedlock.

So why did it switch from blacks actually having more intact families than whites to one with so many fatherless homes? Democrats of course. Women were told they could now marry the govt. and as long as no man is around, the government will not only take care of her and her kid, but will pay more for additional kids that magically appear in spite of a man-less home. Men also took this as a get out of responsibility free card. Dems realize that keeping them under their thumb by handing blacks and others something for nothing ensures their vote. Keeping blacks down is just collateral damage to the Dem elites.

Democrats in power never stopped being racist. They just counted on the limited long term memory of the masses and started "acting" like they cared about black people.

Look how the democrats in congress "act" for votes. Instead of helping the people in detroit and chicago out of poverty, they act like outlawing a few guns will improve their lives. Instead of improving the security of their neighborhoods they take away law abiding black peoples right to defend themselves. Instead of fixing the school systems they focus on making sure flunking students pass. None of these actions help black people.
