He would have gotten jumped doing shit like that where I grew up. A bunch of cholas would have surrounded him and beat the crap out of him for la raza while their men distract the cops. That's they key point to remember, it's not his over swollen muscle mass protecting him and making him feel safe enough to spew that nonsense, it's the police. I know teenagers that aren't even 5 feet tall who would step to him. If he wasn't being attacked, it is either because he was saying that shit to old people or the cops were around.
