You asked one question,

Compromise between individual humans is necessary for survival. These actions are involuntary, but beneficial, and as I said, necessary for survival. We benefit the many via the cooperation of a few. Your attempt to make a broad generalized set of behaviors an unacceptable imposition on another individual is boorish, you win nothing. You're talking to a mirror and ignoring everything anyone else says. You are in search of confirmation bias to prop up your predefined beliefs, not trying to see other perspectives. Shame on you for your intellectual dishonesty. We're all flawed, nobody has all the answers, but you're apparently of the opinion that you are not flawed, and that your opinion is the only valid one. You win nothing, you smug fuck.

I certainly do have flaws. I often am repetitious and a bit of a know it all. You seem angry though, can I ask you to not get so upset ?

Although your response is an attempt to dodge the question.

I think you use the term "compromise" incorrectly. One party making another parties choices for them is hardly a compromise. It's more like a forcibly imposed act which is consistent with OFFENSIVE force, rather than defensive force, which is everyone's right.

So, can a person delegate a right they do not possess ?

When that happens the only thing that IS compromised is the right of at least one party.

Why do you think it should be legal for adults to fuck kids?

Yes, by having any form of government we are giving agency to the government to act on our behalf. Are you an anarchist? That's the only direction I can see you headed with this. Or are you just an extreme libertarian? If so, get the fuck off the public roads, don't call the fire department and so on and so forth.

Did anybody take a government class in High School? Do we not understand the rights and responsibilities of citizenship? This is frustrating as hell.

I don't think that, nor have I suggested I do. I've told you multiple times, my view of legality and illegality differs from yours, slave. I'd apologize for your poor comprehension, but I can only work with the feeble level you possess.

You on the other hand, have actively proposed a prohibitionist law.

I'm afraid that is undeniable. I'd forgive you if you'd just admit running other peoples lives for them is a bad idea.

You claim a child of 13 can consent tp having sex with an adult.
You don't believe the adult should be punished.

You are a liar and a clown.
Real simple question to you, racist pedophile bitch that you are.

Should it be legal for an adult to have sex with a 13 year old child?
Yes or No?

I appreciate that you are no longer pissing your pants. Thank you.

I took mostly honors classes when I deigned to go to school.

I was exempted from freshman civics in high school, (a long time ago) as the administrators felt I had already demonstrated a superior ability in junior high school and had successfully regurgitated their government speak / historical legends. So, to answer your question, no I did not take a civics (government) class, it would have been redundant.

Anyhow, enough about self absorbed me, but you DID ask.

So, a person(s) can't speak on behalf of others in everyday life, but if they call themselves a government it's then okay ?

How does a right which didn't exist within an individual come to life when a bunch of individuals all combine their "zero right" into an aggregate? Isn't a pile of zeroes still a sum of zero ?

Wait a minute, Rob Roy aint representative of anybody but himself. He's not just a Liartarian, he's a nacissist who really does think he's the center of all wisdom. I've been around and around it with the fool and it's pretty clear that he simply doesn't understand how humans cooperate with each other and how human cooperation is probably the most powerful force on the planet. Because his idea of each man (and it is man,not woman) is its own individual center.

Under his ethos, one sniper can take out the manly man protecting his own and then have all rights and ownership of everything that man managed to gather and protect on his own including sexual rights to that man's wife and children. Until the next sniper comes along. Other than some sort of weird idea of natural rights to property, which are not natural and are a legal construct, the sociopath doesn't believe there can be such a thing as other people with rights that must be observed without mano a mano confrontation. He also rejects the idea of civil rights. I could go on, but really the fucker is boring and I put him on ignore a long time ago.

Sorry, I'm not trying to paint everyone with the same brush. Message received. Thanks.

You know what is obvious?
When Clinton doesn't get indicted. Flaming Pile of shit will say that just proves how corrupt and powerful she is
that is correct.

she will not examine her own personal idiocy, and how she could be duped into believing such nonsense.

she will blame everyone else except for herself.

because that is what racist republicans like her do.

The ads for his university were classic Donald Trump -- Trump stares into the camera and proclaims:
"We're going to have professors and adjunct professors that are absolutely terrific people, terrific brains, successful. We are going to have the best of the best... and these are people that are handpicked by me."

But a CNN investigation finds that Trump and others involved in the school admitted under oath that some promises made to students just didn't happen.

In Trump's own deposition this past December, Trump failed to recognize the name of a single presenter or teacher at his real estate seminars. He also confirmed he had nothing to do with the selection process of instructors who taught at the school's events or mentors for the school's "Gold Elite" programs.

A review of Trump University presenters and so-called real estate experts found many with questionable credentials and inflated resumes. Court documents show background-checks conducted during the hiring process could not determine whether some instructors even graduated high school.

Trump University brought in an estimated $40 million from up to 10,000 enrollees between 2005 and 2010, when the New York Department of Education said it was no longer allowed to call itself a university. The company changed its name to the Trump Entrepreneur Initiative and shut down in 2011.

You love to make every conversation into a circus of precise semantics in order to deflect having to respond to salient points made by the opposition. It is, like, your thing, man. Human language is semantically imperfect, always will be. You need to get over your little "gotcha" game shit, and try to actually communicate. I'm pissed this morning, and I own that I can be an aggressive asshole, but seriously, what you do accomplishes nothing. My question to you is, what are you hoping to accomplish by saying that? Ask that question honestly of yourself before you post, and try to attain an answer. In this case, I'm trying to get you to participate in a constructive, rather than destructive or merely en-tropic, discussion; as distinct from playing a silly game of "gotcha" like a 12 year old in a schoolyard.
don't mention 12 year olds in the schoolyard to robroy.

SAN DIEGO — A federal judge in San Diego said Friday he will rule “very soon” on a motion by the Washington Post to unseal documents in a class- action lawsuit against presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and his now-defunct Trump University.

The lawsuit — originally filed by Orange County resident Tarla Makaeff – – accuses Trump and Trump University of engaging in deceptive practices and scamming thousands of students who enrolled, thinking it would make them rich in the real estate market. Students paid up to $35,000 for an “elite” membership to the university, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that Trump University falsely gave the impression that it was an accredited university, that students would be taught by experts selected by Trump, and that students would get a year of mentoring.

Trump’s lawyers argued that many students gave the real estate program positive ratings and those who failed to find success did so by their own fault.

Earlier this month, Curiel scheduled the trial for Nov. 28, after the election.

Donald Trump is listed as a defense witness and may be called to testify.

Because the wager is based off this document and not an FBI indictment. Because the wager is stupid and a trick of wording like all of Clintons answers when she is not flat out refusing to cooperate.

I could go on but I have a roof to build!!
in other words, you are too much of a pussy to take fogdog's wager, and you have no paying work today.

i just made $330 today. was done by 3 pm. my schedule is filled every day of the week for the next 3 months.

how about you?

It's a debate. You dont have to agree with me and I dont have to agree with you.

Sometimes you agree with some things I say. I dont expect you to agree with everything.

Sometimes I agree with some of what you say.

Im not going to play games though. I am an adult trying to have an adult conversation. Sometimes i am high and i post pictures or memes that pop into my head because i find the situation amusing.

Life is about growth. Spread your roots a little and absorb more information outside of the tiny space you are in.

Wouldnt want to get rootbound. That stops all growth.
Its not a debate at all. You are talking about made up shit. At least with a debate the other side has a valid point.

Trump is a criminal and this is a countdown to an indictment. Oh wait, there is an indictment. Oh, there are two indictments in two states.
