Are you implying that blacks took cocaine or else ? I`d like to know how the CIA got the black people to agree to get hooked on cocaine that they smuggled in.

Well no, because they weren't smuggling it in. Heroin was destroying Black lives in NYC in the 70's, was that the CIA too, even though it was Turkish opium being processed in French labs and smuggled by Corsicans? Over-reactive and draconian laws were what disintegrated black culture starting in the mid 80's, not the CIA.

Why are you trying to get me in a "gotcha" type accusation that I don't like Black people? Project much?

If there were a truly free market, people wouldn't be put in cages for exercising domain over their OWN bodies.

The political apparatus used to jail people for "victimless crimes" isn't funded thru voluntary free market type exchange, it is funded via "unfree market" forces.

The CIA traded with drug distribution gangs, they weren't looking the other way. It was more like "give me access to this person or help in some way or information and we'll give you access to the US illicit drug market. That the trade was for intangibles is irrelevant. It was still participation in the drug trade.

Ensuring the drugs went into black neighborhoods was a cynical way to flood them with low cost drugs. Law enforcement actions in the War on Drugs broke black political power movements in the '80's to the benefit of Ronnie and George.

The CIA colluded with the drug gangs to benefit US political interests, both US and partisan interests, so, yes, the CIA are drug dealers.
