When the white boy get`s popped he complies or dad and mom kick is expensive ass.

When the brother get`s popped, resistance and denial to save your ass kicks in,....The judge rules on your impression as well,...white boy get`s fined, Community service and probation. Brother , we can`t have that, you need to be shown why,...jail follows and he adds to his time in there.

This is beyond individual accountability. There will always be individual accountability, however there is also great societal accountability. The system itself is perpetuating the oven these people are born into, and generally less able to escape from.

This is both stereotypical wrong. It's just your way of saying that white kids are well behaved and black kids are animals. Not to mention the fact that you're saying that black parents don't care about their children. Even though both just got popped for a crime. I have an innate ability to hear "dog whistles".

In my neighborhood in Boston, There are many more fatherless children that are black than white. It`s not because dad is in either.

I just think in his "Odd Ball " way, he meant that the judge, who watched his (white boy) parents foot the bill for probably a good attorney, and let's him off easier than a low income black boy, does not have that option. Unfortunately, most of the time a real 2 parent family living together as a unit, is not a real option for most of the children, or young adults charged with a crime if your black in an urban area. That is a fact. So, he has somewhat of a point.

In terms of sheer numbers, there are far more lower income white kids in America than black kids. Unless you're trying to imply that poor white kids don't use or sell drugs, that theory doesn't hold water.

There are more white kids in the US, of course, but in urban/inner cities, mostly the lower income families are Black/Hispanic There are limited opportunities for a child of color to achieve in a city like New York, LA, or Bridgeport, CT, where my wife teaches 2nd grade, in the largest middle school in the state Over 2/3 of her black students are either being raised by their mothers alone, or by their grandparents. Unfortunately, that is the truth. They are fucked from the start, because hardly anyone in their families have even graduated high school, forget college. Am I lying about that, or do you want me to bring up data, proving my point?

No, your excuse was about the white boy's parents "footing the bill" for a good attorney, which totally ignores the poor white boys parents who can't foot the bill. Yet they still aren't in the penal system at anywhere near the rate of black kids, including the black kids with means. The same goes for the single parent households as well.

Yup, this is a racist pos country.
I cannot, or will not argue that point, Bearkat42.. But do you know what I am talking about?. I have a lot of black friends, some good, mostly bad (like me). Their parents started in a hole, that it would be difficult for anyone to climb out of. My parents, farmers that they were, never even graduated secondary school. Did your parents go to college? Hopefully they did, but if they lived in the 1940's or 50's, or even the 60's they would not have had that opportunity, probably. Ok, what's my point. It is that a cohesive family is imperative to raise a child, and a lot of black inner city children are not afforded that chance, because it is the norm for the Dad to be MIA, at least in Bridgeport.
And the sad thing is that it actually makes economic sense for the mother not to be married, and that unfortunately is the truth also. The Afro American citizens have only been able to really to start to create ANY FUCKING THING in the last 50 years. A white boy from Russia had a better chance in 1965 obtaining common courtesy, than a black man that had actually fought for his country in 2 World Wars, and TODAY, we have a group called Black Lives Matter making the news, as if those lives never did in this country. Sad thing is that is what history has absolutly shown us, is that they need to still point out that fact out in 2016, in these United States of America. That is a fucking shame
