i got a nice hunk of brisket from the store.. how do i cook it gary goodson style??
I'm gonna smoke it low and slow(225-250 degrees) with hickory and maybe a chunk of pecan for about 10-11 hours. I've got it marinating in worchestershire, beef broth, and liquid smoke right now. Then I'm gonna rub it down with just salt and pepper. After that it's all about chillin around the smoker and drinking beer all day.

so i need to buy a smoker now... lol thanks man.. will check out some shops around me. want this brisket for tomorrow
