I hear the number of annual gun deaths here frequently but most of the time it is not disclosed that 75% of those are suicides. So the statistic is already misleading.

then let's look at the gun homicide rate here and in the united kingdom. suicides excluded.

I only read the first page, but think it was a poor decision to shoot. Yes he has the right to defend HIMSELF, but he put everyone in serious jeopardy trying to fight two armed men. In my opinion, it would have been smarter to shoot second in that scenario, because of all the crossfire.

Barbershop gets robbed, two suspects, one with a handgun, the other with what looks like a shotgun. The guy with the handgun walks through the barbershop stealing everyone's money as the guy with the shotgun does a half-assed job of standing guard. Handgun guy gets to the front of the barbershop, then turns his back and one of the customers sitting in the chair pulls out his gun and shoots at handgun guy while shotgun guy still has the gun pointed at everyone. The clip ends shortly after that.

Not only did the guy shoot in the direction of other customers to try to hit handgun guy, he completely disregarded the other suspect pointing the shotgun at everyone, including a small child seen at the beginning of the clip. Had this situation gone any other way, everyone in that room could have easily been murdered over at best, a few hundred dollars.

Does what the customer did in this clip make any of you feel more or less safe in society?

You just made that stat up. lmfao.... still though take out the inner city violence and watch that murder rate drop 70%. which is funny because most gun free legislation has only occurred in large cities.2014 Illinois had 685 homicides.(doesn;t say weapon involved) 2014 Chicago had 460 homicides. IL population 2014 12.88 million Chicago population 2.72 million. seems pretty safe in america if you're not in a gun control area. 225 people out of 10 million got murdered as opposed to 460 out of 2.72 million. lmfao So why don't you want rural people to have guns when they are obviously not the problem ?

Last I checked Alaska was the most dangerous state, and California ranked #15. May want to check your facts.
