Background: some leaves became like this shortly after applying 4-4-4 pellets including calcium and magnesium, then soaking the soil. The plant is 6 weeks old, in veg under low light conditions. Also, why is this plant getting pistils that turn orange if I haven't initiated a bloom cycle yet?

I'm saying calcium. It's not as speckled as I usually see. The blotchiness makes me think P def. But, the rusty color isn't right for P.

Lower leaves look droopy and overwatered, or bad ph.

Do you let your soil dry before watering? And then water for 20% runoff (full saturation)? (Then completely dry?). If you water too frequently, that could hold the soil's ph lower than it would be, and that would reduce the availability of calcium.

I flushed it prior to that picture so that could definitely be the problem, thanks a lot. I'm thinking just doing a quart of pure water every four days.

One time I had some gypsum (calcium sulfate) dissolved in a water bottle. An experiment I was doing. For some reason I didn't want to throw it away, so I poured it into the soil of a couple plants. I thought it would be good for them. I got rusty blotches like that. Ca and Mg have to be at a certain ratio. I probably threw that off.

Just be careful not to hold the soil too wet in your mission to clear-water correct the problem. I don't know if clear water is the solution. I think I would feed half strength (since you already flushed). But, you want the soil to dry. The ph rises as it dries, and that's where Ca and Mg are available.

What is the ph level?? What size container?? I am using 5 gallon container and feed 1 gallon @ 6.0-6.5phd every four days with runoff of 20%. And I anticipate using more per feeding as I just started flowering last week.

It looks like pk excess to me causing lockout of calcium, mag, iron, zink and fe. Also u need better light source, i think she's a little small for 6 weeks, also you dont need to change the light schedule for the plant to start flowering, she would show preflowers when she's mature enough, if i was you i will up the light schedule until u fix your problems, flush your soil with plain water 3x amount of soil, example: 5 gallons of soil 15 gallons of water, and in the last gallon add a complete npk solution at half strength plus 1 spoon of epson salt and leave alone. GL. EDIT: i didn't see that u flushed already, then i will feed at 1/2 strength

Could be that soil is too wet causing a bit of rot and nutrient lock out? I had similar leaves and this was the case for me. Hows the drainage?

Looks like your pot might be too small for your plant.
Working with a tried and tested soil recipe will save you a lot of guesswork.
