Lost my lisence 10 years ago veterans day for a dui. Refuse to pay all those fees. Who needs a lisence to drive? Lols

Absolutely hilarious... No, not really. dependent on someone else to register a car? hell why bother paying taxes while you're at it, it's not like anyone ever needs a credit rating to get a loan ever again. homes and automobiles are cheap, just pay cash right? ppl claim they to 'refuse' to pay; it's more like their life is out of control, usually stemming from alcohol or drug abuse. not taking care of business is symptomatic of a dependency condition... imo, sobriety is part of the answer.

Just bought a home a year ago worth well over a half million. Credit must be bad.. my 2nd home I own..

In the right market yeah, but flipping is def not the thing it was there for a while.

I'm more of a long term flipper, if you will, nowadays. :-D
The last 5 yrs, it's only been two houses. I buy house. I grow lots of buds, while I SLOWLY remodel. I then add on square footage, and then sell. I did that with my last house. This one i'm in rite now is just waiting for the addition. But
My back hurts.
Capital gains tax exemption is fucking awesome!

Life is spiraling out of control. Not paying taxes on your weed profits is symptomatic of you being full of crap. You choose ur laws to follow as will I. My house in cali is up 150k from last year. It's cali real estate, not your remodel that made the money. Also salinas was probably a waste pit when u bought. Now not lots of rich folks moving in.

I don't fully understand your response. Are you mad? I don't get it.
I didn't have to add on to that house in sapinas. The market made me that money.
I'm up in butte co. now.
Last house i sold, i added an 800 sqft addition. I built for around $50 sqft. Sold for $150 a sqft. Thats mostly how i''m gonna make my money on this current house i live in.

I went for mechanical eng..wasn't what I thought. A LOT of computer, not so much hands on as mouse on. Which is cool for some but from your experience you want actual hands on not just spacial recognition and design work. I think you found your answer already to stick with the heavy equipment your resume is strong in that sense get into a union if that even exist. I'm against unions but in your position they could help you strengthen your resume via schooling that companies who have they're ball in a vice by unions typically will aid in.. Then Go out for your self, get something heavy... Keep the bar tending gig for the nights. Extra cash and ass is always good after a long day of construction

I was mocking ur 1st post as to my life must be spiraling out of control because I don't have a lisence. Aka breaking a law. Also what you do when you don't pay taxes on your weed when you sell it.
