Conroy: most of the information we received came after the date of the injunction. 38,000 patients impacted by gov't changes

38,000 patients of the total 41,000 have been affected. We need this revised ASAP!!!

Drum roll please...92.7% of patients in the MMAR fucked over with this injunction

well...I am filing my appeal by June 13 and asking for immediate relief...let's hope it happens in our favour.

The thing I just read said the PPL sites can't be near a school etc...?? what if yo are a patient & happen to live by a school? i guess you have to move so you can produce. that sound wrong to me

I know mandatory minimums for growing ILLEGALLY and vancouvers pot shop laws say 300metres.

You guys need to relax...now everything is before Phelan...remember when everyone thought we wouldn't get the injunction? Address changes are only common sense ffs people move, 150g limit confines some people, the only sticking point in my mind is after March 21... God I wish you guys wouldn't have let your pinks lapse...won't matter for long as legalization is in the wind....positive positive positive....him continues as long as prohibition does...

when I signed up for dg and my patients the distance to a school was asked. I said 15 blocks away I was 4 and next door to rcmp lol they didn't check or stop me. but that was ignored mmar

This is exactly what I remember , only applies if u were growin outdoors.

Conroy is not asking the court to allow new applications to be considered, but those in the SAM2 database should have continued access

So I guess I got sick at the wrong time then? Or am I missing something here? We ALL need the right to grow
