I don't label legislation in regards to someone's ethnic background. I answered the question based on the perception and spin of media. Also, when the constitution was written giving citizens the right to own firearms, only white people were considered to be citizens. In today's atmosphere it's mostly a conversation about if we should have that right at all, and I don't think it plays a role in the racial conversation until someone shoots another person. Your argument was about white people being allowed to say nigger, which they can, but if your a public official, you have to be held accountabl; any sign of bias toward any people and yes, you should be punished for it.

Want an example ? The white man cannot say the N word without being crucified, called a racist and attacked, but blacks not only use it daily and hourly, they include it into their music style.
