And no. I just think the pendulum has swung way too far in favor of the ultra wealthy at the direct expense of the rest of us, so I'm advocating for fair distribution of both tax burdens and the benefits from them.

An Economy Doing Half Its Job," involved a survey of 1,947 alumni. The Harvard-educated business leaders expressed concerns about U.S. competitiveness in the global marketplace. But they were far more optimistic about the future for U.S. corporations than for that of workers, the survey showed.
About a third of respondents expect corporations to become more competitive within three years. Assessments of every element of the U.S. business environment improved between a 2011 survey and this latest one. The growing optimism "seems to reflect the cyclical rebound of the U.S. economy," the report said.
But what do business leaders see coming for workers in the next three years? Only 27 percent expect workers to enjoy higher pay, while 41 percent said wages and benefits would be falling.
That view seems to line up with recent history: In the past five years, the stock market's value has nearly doubled, while the median household income remains below pre-recession levels.
The study called the gap between the fortunes of companies and workers "unsustainable." It concluded that business leaders should engage in helping train workers to help them improve skill levels enough to justify higher wages.
"We see a need for business leaders to act — to move from an opportunistic patchwork of projects toward strategic, collaborative efforts that make the average American productive enough to command higher wages even in competitive global labor markets," the report said. "Without such actions, the U.S. economy will continue to do only half its job, with many citizens struggling."

Currently... almost 50% of people pay NO TAX whatsover. And the top 10% of income earners pay over 40% of the taxes.

First, relax bro. You sound like you've been hitting the pipe with the white stuff in it and I know that isn't like you.
Second, if you think half of all Americans pay zero tax, please show me where they get their groceries- because EVERYONE pays sales tax. How about all those taxes taken out of a paycheck? I never got 'all' of them back, they went too many different places. Did you see someone get a special discount on gasoline? Road taxes. Taxes on air travel. Fees to enter Federal Property, aka 'entrance fees'. Isn't it OUR land?! Unless you have a wholesale license, you pay tax on everything except garage sales. Property taxes if you own- and post tax wages if you rent. Taxes on social security... thought you'd already paid those, didn't you? Guess not.
So third, where are these fifty percent of all Americans who pay 'no' tax? Please ask Mr. Romney and company- excuse me, 'limited liability corporation'- to point them out to me. I can't find anyone in this country that fits any part of their description.
In other words, it's a BOLD FACED LIE, just like the vast majority of the rest of the shit the republican party peddles. The democraPs are no better.
Both are bought and paid for by the ultra rich- and represent them, not us. That's not the democratic country I signed up for and AS A CONCERNED CITIZEN I'm speaking up about it-
And I'll continue agitating for equal rights for those who don't have trust funds... like us.

Well I don't. What's more, every crackhead in this country should have a vote and be able to use it. Being disenfranchised didn't seem to help, so why not let's try the opposite tack?
About the only ones who don't get a vote are non-citizens. They can get one when they join our country. We should make it easier for people who really want to be here.
