Make sure that you have a reliable PPM meter and always keep your finished solution covered completely (a spray bottle covered in black tape works fine) and stored in a cool, dark space. Good Luck and if you still have trouble, switch to the Tiresias, I have not used it myself but have heard many good things about its efficacy. :weed:

I'm using .9999 wire I bought, and a 9Volt DC transformer. Maybe not enough voltage?

I just wanted to add that keeping the solution in TOTAL DARKNESS is crucial. The suspended silver ions are the same chemical used on the old time Polaroid Instamatic films that changes to make the picture and is no longer colloidal silver after brief exposure to light.

never trust a product that does not list it's ingredients. Just Colloidal silver

Welcome to RIU where almost every comment is about other comments and doesn't attempt to answer the question posed in the OP. No one helped this guy diagnose his problem and instead suggested other methods. Plenty of people use homemade colloidal silver effectively, but y'all don't help him diagnose the problem, you suggest he abandon ship.

ok first of all op says he sprays in the mornings and silver reacts in the presence of light and oxidizes on the outside of the leaves probably, what i do either with sts or colloidal is to spray them and keep them in complete darkness until all the silver is absorbed. so basically he only gave them that 20ppm (if that) of silver solution at nights and that would just not be enough to get the balls going imo.
so he should travel back to 2014 and spray his plants in the dark. or better yet just switch to sts and spray only a couple of times and get many healthy pollen sacks in 2014.

Silver doesn't react with light *that* quickly. It's a long term degradation.

Just stupid that people searching for answers can't find them because people are dickweeds

I haven't read the thread so if somebody already said this sorry, but I too didn't have success till I used the right power adapter to make it. Something about the hertz or ohms or some shit.

Yes it's true and for the other person asking...you think they get all those fem seeds from a once in a blue moon plant that just so happened to be a hermie???

I'm not even gona touch the herm argument.

My 2 cents, you overdiluted your CS solution, or, you should've done TWO treatments per day. Try Silver Thiosulfate, it's a once-a-week application instead of daily.

Another possibility; some cultivars just don't like to get reversed, others will DUMP pollen under the exact same conditions.
