If you go buy land for 50K and build a house and it costs 100K to do it and you sell the house for 200K you just CREATED 50K out of nothing.
lol, what kind of lot are you gonna get for $50k, and what kind of trailer are you gonna build on it for $100k?

as a home inspector, i would think you might be familiar with how much houses cost per square foot to build, but you appear as clueless here when you are asked for a good suggestion about relative Rh in a domicile.

you clean pools for $25k a year.
The last year I was bringing in over 60K per year but I retired. I now do home inspections and home watch. Try to keep up. You are like my alcoholic mother was near her end. You could endlessly repeat things to her and she would still continue to forget them.

Do you remember 3 years ago when you were calling me a kid in my parents basement?? You know, 150 - 200K of profit ago?? LOL!! Homewatch has the potential of being much more lucrative with less work. So, sit around on your ass on the internet for the next 3-5 years and watch me sell my next business. By then pot will probably be selling for 20% of what it goes for now and you might actually have to find a job.

The numbers are relative and have nothing to do with the lesson which predictably sailed over your head while you were busy drooling and looking at your obama photo's...

The financial system isnt corrupt
The financial system is run by people, you seem to be arguing from the perspective it is it's own entity that is itself incorruptible

I just showed you exactly how they manipulated the financial system in order to secure it for themselves, over the course of 40 years.

wait, so you made $100k over 4 years, sold it for $50k, and thus you made $200k profit, meaning somehow you had NEGATIVE $50k in operating expenses at best, or ZERO operating expenses at worst?

yeah, i believe that.

you got any bridges to sell?

50k will get u 20 acres of rolling hills and green pasture around here , and if u build the house yourself frame, sheetrock, paint ,hardie board siding ,insulation ,plumb, electrical, heat and air ,minus appliances and furniture 100000k will get 2000sqft , to have it built about 150k

lol, $50 per square foot will get you a barn or shed, and you're forgetting the cost to tap gas, water, sewer, electric and the like.

you could build some POS for $75 per square foot, but most decent builders are at a minimum of $125 per square foot, and it only goes up from there.

And Uncle Buck yet again proves how clueless he is regarding economics by getting into a side argument about how much a house costs to build.

What ever it cost to build, wherever it was built, if the builder had any common sense the house that is built is worth more than the materials and labor that went into it. And therefore wealth is CREATED.

Our GDP gets bigger every year. The government keeps printing and spending more money. The rich keep getting richer DAMN THEM!!! If there was a fixed pie then all of them COULD NOT GROW AT THE SAME TIME!!!

I weep at the education our children are not getting these days...

Your numbers are vague and meaningless and sound like something you picked up off of a brochure.

All of this is irrelevant to the real problem; croney capitalism

What is your solution to ending that? Why don't you address that?

I address it by building businesses and making enough money that I dont have to worry about what other people are doing.

You eliminate crony capitalism by removing the centralized power in Washington and distributing it back to the local governments. Since the government is involved intricately in every business now due to our arcane tax system made such by design. We give congress the power to fuck with everything and then wonder why everyone wants to pay them off to be left alone.

Again, the problem, the cause of the issues is the government.

Unfortunately, that wouldn't end crony capitalism, it would only shift the structure of power to another individual/institution and the problem would remain the same

What are your thoughts on enacting a 28th amendment to the constitution based on these guidelines?;

"Corporations are not people. They have none of the Constitutional rights of human beings. Corporations are not allowed to give money to any politician, directly or indirectly. No politician can raise over $100 from any person or entity. All elections must be publicly financed."
