I have not seen data on the difference not existing in blacks in England.

I have seen data on the difference being decreased here in the United States.

When you take blacks out of the ghetto, give them a stable home life, and high incomes, they perform better, but still well below their white suburban neighnors.

The gap becomes the smallest among blacks who are adopted and raised in white families.

I forget the numbers.

I think the reasons are an all of the above answer.

The social and cultural reasons are undeniable, but they don't make up all the lost ground when completely eliminated.

If English blacks score very close to the natives of that island than my theory is shot and I'll be forced to change my mind.

They take the same iq tests there has here. If blacks in the UK avg over, say a 97 or maybe even 95, then that would be close enough to satisfy me.

To this point I have not seen or heard of a black population that averages over 90.

All the reasons appear to simply be excuses and rationalizations that don't make sense.

You don't know/understand enough about how the human body works or evolved to make such a decision.

This is a pretty big obstacle to understanding how each human being is genetically nearly identical, regardless of their age, race, religion, sexual orientation, work ethic, health, skin color, driving ability, attractiveness, scent, height or weight.

Inconveniently, as Nicholas Wade argues in A Troublesome Inheritance, the consensus view cannot be right. And in fact, we know that populations have changed in the past few thousand years—to be lactose tolerant, for example, and to survive at high altitudes. Race is not a bright-line distinction; by definition it means that the more human populations are kept apart, the more they evolve their own distinct traits under the selective pressure known as Darwinian evolution. For many thousands of years, most human populations stayed where they were and grew distinct, not just in outward appearance but in deeper senses as well.
